I uploaded all info i got from the buyer like bitcoinadress messages like thank you i received the bitcoins etc. After a few days first case get s closed and they took the money and give it back to the buyer which also has my bitcoins. Paypal does nothing else then protecting the buyers scammers and just take my money and give me the responsibillty. There is no paypal seller protection on paypal for virtual items, you can sell them but entirely at your own risk.

It first I would contact the seller, then get a notification that the ebay user account had been hacked. These were all different ebay accounts. I am now immediately reporting this account a possible fraudulent listing every time I see it pop up, which is almost 2 and 3 times a day. First, the items they sold in the past had nothing to do with cryptocurreny.
That should have been the first indication of something fishy. Second, the seller account hadn’t been active in over 6 months. That should have been the second indication. I pretty much figured it out even before I received notification about the fruadulant listing, but by that time it was too late. That is the reason for my post. Somebody please look into these listing. The listing states that they will not accept paypal. I do not have time to check each one. If you see a listing that is offering bit coin then report it as fraudulent using the report link on the listing.
If you come accross one that has the invalid payment option then you can give me the item if it’s not pulled quickly. You do not have any buyer protection agaisnt fraud unless you pay using ebay checkout. Skip to main content. Go to My eBay page.

This particular post is hard to miss because the picture on the listing is a stack of boxes with a blue sticker on each box with the letter D on it.

I don’t know what your tax laws are but my hubby wrote off a bad purchase one time years ago on our taxes, it was for more money. You might even file a complaint on the internet crime site. I guarentee you will see this re-occuring listing almost immediatly, if not three or four ads down the list. BTW, Here is the item listing number of the most recent listing, I see two with that same title. Those are both the fake listings correct? I see the bitcoin note in the listings. The sellers other items for both listings appear to be nothing like a bitcoin machine.
I believe these sellers accounts are hacked. I used the report item link on both items as fraud and as offer to sell outside of ebay. If the listings are still active or ones like them I will call the security dept in the morning and see if there is a way to track this hacker.
